re: Guild Rules ***PLEASE READ***

Common guild rules:
- Act mature. We do not flame, bitch or act aggressively to other players or guilds without reason. Even if there is a good reason, please do try to avoid it where possible. If someone from another guild is flaming you or Titan, let an officer know about it.
- Guild members first before anyone outside of guild. Make an effort to get your instance group together from guild before looking to fill with PUGS. If there is a PvP/PVE guild event running and you are online, you will be expected to participate with Guild.
- Respect fellow members, Disagreements amongst each other should NOT appear in guild chat but ONLY in Tells. If your issue can't be resolved then talk to the Guild leader or one of the officers about it.
- Be on time to raids & events, even instance groups. You don't want to be waiting around for someone who is late, and we don't either. Coming even an minute after the assigned time is considered late. No slacking during events & raids, full attention required, follow what the raid leader says, use of vent is a must.
- Be responsible for your game play. Make sure you are prepared with the gear you need such as scrolls, foods, potions etc, as well as any tactics required.
- While in combat, chat should be kept to a minimum, nobody cares how much you crit for. If you are talking that means we can't hear a squishy begging for help.
- Do NOT JOIN instances if you know you are going to be leaving under random circumstances.
- If you are not going to be logging in for a few days please post in the away section on the forum. Absence of Raiders or Trialists for more than 30 days unannounced, will mean removal from the Guild.
- No use of game hacks or botting, if so you will be removed from the Guild.
- While this leadership is a dictatorship, we do listen and it is in our best interest to resolve matters as soon as possible, so do not hesitate to talk to us.
Common raiding rules:
- Be on time to raids & events. Coming even a minute after the assigned time is considered late.
- Focus and LISTEN during Raids. If you dont do your job properly you will be replaced.
- While in combat, chat should be kept to a minimum, nobody cares how much you crit for. If you are talking that means we can't hear a squishy begging for help. The only person that should be talking during the raid set-up and fight itself is the raid leader and anyone else appointed.
- We have not wiped unless all are dead, so do not say “it's pointless", "it’s a failure”. Only the Raid Leader can call a wipe. Those of you who have raided before will know that it takes time to get the strats right and work as an experienced group together - giving up = failure. We keep at it till the job is done.
- Everyone, and that means you, needs to bring a good supply health/mana pots, Whetstones and Life/Death Resists or what ever is needed for the raid. Failure to do so will result in you being replaced.
- Follow the given directions during a raid and remember them.
- If you're being yelled at you're doing something wrong. Don't make that mistake again.
- Failure to follow the rules will get you demoted or kicked if you are on trial.
Officer roles:
- Guild master; Will handle political problems in and out side the guild. Will have a say in all matters and have the last word if it comes to that.
- Raid Leader; Will handle all there is to do with raids, including the power do demote or remove poor performers. The raid leader(s) will with the rest of the officers and the GM talk about who gets promoted. Also making sure that "raiders" are told what they need to dring for raids, with help from the Class Leaders.
- Appointed Loot officer; Will handle the loot doing raids and opdate looting rules if changed. This person may also assist the Raid Leader with rotations based on loot drops.
- All Officers, RLs, CLs; Will make and keep the recuitment template up to date. Will talk with anyone who have questions about joining the guild or wants to join. Those wishing to join may be interviewed in addition to filling in the mandatory application.
- Class Leaders; Will assist the raid leader in anyway they can, but will focus on the class they are CL for including recruitment recommendations, spec choices, class balances etc.
